Since I was a teenager my weight was up and down. He was always trying to lose at least 20 to 10 pounds. In my twenties, I became pregnant with my first child. During pregnancy stole 100 pounds.
After delivery I was very happy to have a beautiful girl, yet I was very upset that I was more than 100 pounds used to be. So this journey through weight loss, I learned of many resources and tips that I am very grateful.
I am thankful for ...
1. Gaining weight, getting more self-esteem. I'm sure you're thinking "How can I gain weight give higher self-esteem? For most people who could be the opposite, but I've learned that is how you look. My own image as a teenager was very poor, although he was thin and beautiful. After gaining 100 pounds my image does not improve, however, I learned that people in my life I wanted for who I am and not what they seemed. Through it I learned that really is not broad agreement on how you look on the outside, this is the person you really are. When I was a teenager I was afraid to gain weight so people would think of me. I regret not being grateful at the time, so I decided to be thankful for the lady bends, I had become. Through weight gain I've learned that I am an incredible person and people really love me. For now I'm still losing weight that won two years ago, but this time I'm grateful for what I am and help me lose weight and enjoy a healthy, more energized.
2. Support from friends and family. I am thankful for my family and friends. My husband has always been very supportive of me and always made me feel beautiful. My friends and my family always has supported me through help me when I eat something bad and encourage me to continue exercising. They never made me feel bad about my weight gain and have always treated me the same.
3. Internet. I am grateful for the free information that is available on the Internet. I read Share This large number of weight loss and health. There are millions of blogs and websites that offer information of great encouragement and support. I love the support I have received so much from the Internet, I decided to go ahead and make my own weight loss blog and become an author Share This. It has brought me much joy to get to world and share the information I have learned. The Internet is also a great way to buy the weight loss programs, clothing, accessories and books. I am grateful to find useful information and purchase products from the comfort of my own home.
4. Home exercise programs. I love being able to pop in a DVD and a personal trainer in my own living room. Experts from around the world have developed programs of exercise price that can be traced from the comfort of your own home. They almost always come with a nutrition plan. My coach's favorite so far would have to be Tony Horton. He created many programs like Ten Minute Trainer, P90X and Power 90. I say he's my trainer, because I have had much success after their programs. He is fun, motivating and you are sure that you go at your own pace. Nutrition plans are also delicious and easy to follow. If you are someone who is tired of going to the gym, I think it is a face or has no idea what he is doing in the gym, then I encourage you to get a home exercise program that you think would be fun and try it. Most programs cost which only two months could cost a gym and you have to keep forever. Another major point is that if you have children is much easier to pop in a video and exercise, then it is to find a sitter when you go to the gym. Their children also find what you are doing and join in the healthy lifestyle you are creating.
5. Television. Well it might sound corny, but I am very grateful for Dr.Oz, Oprah and Dr. Phil. These three professionals have helped so many people remain healthy and lose weight. I learned so much to see these TV shows. They have kept me motivated, I have learned many tips and strategies as well as all new programs and what to eat. Television is the greatest moment in North America the past so we may well learn something while sitting there. Also, if it were not for television that would not be able to use the home exercise programs.
6. The calorie-counting technology. Never thought I would be grateful to eat fewer calories and counting my whole day, but I am. With the technology that would be difficult, but there are so many websites and even smart phones that offer free calorie counters. Each time a meal plan or eat something to pop online and see how many calories would be in the flour or the amount of calories you consume. It has taken all the guesswork of eating properly and has saved me much time. I connect my age, weight, height and automatically calculates how many calories should I consume to lose weight. It also allows me to know how many pounds you lose a week if you keep eating that way. You can also use the technology to know how many calories are burned during exercise. That's a great tool also.
We are fortunate to live in this day and age. The technology is the best and only improve with each passing year. There are always going to be a specialist in researching the latest ways to ensure the establishment of health programs and professionals. If you are just starting on his own journey of weight loss or have been doing for a while I encourage you to find what you're grateful. It will bring you much joy and help you see that weight loss really is easy in this time and age and can do.
